Term & Condition

1. Once items SOLD, it will not be exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
2. Payment must be received within 3 working days from the day you submit the order. Otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
3. Item color might vary salightly, since each computer monitor shows the color a bit differently.
4. Please ensure payment with MSN or email after payment. Otherwise, merchants will not be sending out on time.Upon receiving of the payment, item will be post within 1 or 2 working days.
5. Buyer will need to bear the shipping cost.
6. Payment will return to buyer if out of stock.
7. All items will be packed well before being sent and tracking number will be provided once item is sent.
8. Seller will not be held responsible for any damage or items lost in post.
9. Please check carefully with the measurement list whether it is fixed. If buyer could not fix, it CANNOT be a reason for return.
10. We do not accept subjective reasons for return / exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, etc.
11. We check all our products for quality and defects before sending them out. All items are in perfect condition as we deliver them out.
